Home Watch complements your existing security. It doesn’t replace your alarm, CCTV or home insurance.
What is a Home Watch service?
A professional visual inspection service for unoccupied homes. We physically check the property on a regular schedule to help spot issues early.
Is Home Watch the same as an alarm?
No. An alarm detects certain incidents; regular physical visits can help identify a wider range of potential problems. Home Watch complements alarms, CCTV and insurance.
Can you check for leaks or damp?
Yes. Checking for possible leaks is part of the plans, and the Comfort and Premium plans also include humidity measurement.
Will I receive photographs after a visit?
Yes. A report with photographs is sent after every visit.
How do you keep my keys safe?
Keys are handled using internal security and confidentiality procedures. Key rings use coded numbers that cannot be traced back to the property.
What happens if you find a problem?
We inform the owner immediately and, where appropriate, can help coordinate local suppliers or repairs.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Málaga province. The listed prices apply to Málaga city and the eastern coast, including Rincón de la Victoria, Nerja and Torrox; other locations are quoted according to distance.
Do you speak English?
Yes. The service is available in English.
Can you let technicians in?
Yes. Technician access and assistance are available as an additional service, subject to the arrangements agreed.
Is there a minimum contract period?
There is no minimum contract period. Cancellation terms are set out in the service contract.
